Returns & Exchange Policy

All claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date.
Items must be returned in Acme’s original packaging, free of any writing or markings.
Claims submitted after 60 days will not be honored. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that has been used, previously displayed, or assembled.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
For items damaged during transit, claims must be filed directly with the freight carrier.
Please inspect all packages upon delivery and ensure any visible damage is noted and signed by the carrier on the freight bill before accepting the shipment.
For drop ship orders placed through online accounts, Acme is not responsible for any freight charges.

Return Policy: Items can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
Table Lamps and Chandelier Lights are final sale and not eligible for return.
Order Shipping: Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.

Sonder Living generally does not accept returns and they are handled on a case-by-case basis. “Buyer’s Remorse” is also something that is not offered on the company policy.
However, in order for a return to be initiated the product must be in original packaging and unopened.
If the product is in original packaging and unopened, upper management will issue an RA. Return freight charges and fees are at the expense of the customer. Original freight charges are non-refundable. There is also a minimum 25% restocking fee. When the warehouse receives the product, they will let us know the condition it is returned in, and additional fees may be assessed.
Also in addition, the company does not allow a customer to keep an item for several months and want to return it just because they don't like the piece anymore. If there are defects in the item or the customer wants to return it right away after they receive it, those would be better reasons to return the order for a full refund/credit.

All merchandise returns require authorization.
Returns due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package, in re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt at your expense.
Credits are issued once items are received and determined to be in good condition.
15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns effective 04/15/24.
